“Humanly provides companionship, friendly conversation, and informal listening services. I am not a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or mental health professional. Conversations offered through this service do not constitute medical consultation, diagnosis, or therapy.

I am also not a professional tour guide. Outings and walks are intended for personal companionship and shared activities, not professional guided tours.

This service does not replace professional healthcare or the services of a licensed tour guide when needed.”

What Humanly is not

Humanly is not a dating, matchmaking, escort or adult service. No romantic, flirtatious or sexual services are offered or tolerated.
Services are for adults only (18+).
The owner may decline, end or cancel any request or session at any time, and may block any account.
Please respect personal boundaries: no harassment, pressure or recording, and no requests involving alcohol, drugs or illegal activity.

Safety

In-person meetings take place in public places only, approved by the owner. Never at a private home, hotel or isolated place.
Customers are encouraged to tell a friend where they will be.
Either person may leave at any time if they feel uncomfortable.
If you are in immediate danger or thinking of harming yourself, contact local emergency services or someone you trust right away.

Privacy, terms and refunds (draft)

We collect only what is needed to handle your request. We do not promise absolute confidentiality.
A request is subject to availability and mutual agreement, and is confirmed only by the owner.
If the owner declines or cannot provide the session: full refund. Cancellation at least 24 hours before: full refund.
A session ended because of a breach of the code of conduct is not refunded.
No undisclosed fees.
